Paste the files Instagram and TikTok already let you download, and get a one-page monthly client report, ready to print or save as a PDF.

The report shows posts published, typical reach and engagement rate per post, saves, shares, and follows from posts, results by post type, top posts and top videos, and TikTok’s account views, profile views, and followers. Typical means the median post, so one viral post doesn’t drag the month around. You add three short lines: what happened, what might explain it, and what’s next.

What the pictures show: the worked example, a fictional florist with invented numbers. The product is new, so there are no customer results to show yet.

How it was made:

The workbook, its formulas, the guide, and the worked example were created with AI under Tide's creative direction. The formulas were checked against a separate calculation in Excel and LibreOffice, and against real Instagram and TikTok exports. The worked example's florist and all of its numbers are invented.

About the files:

It works in Excel and LibreOffice; Google Sheets isn’t supported. It was tested in desktop Excel and LibreOffice. Nothing connects to any account, and every number stays on your computer. The exports don’t include account reach, impressions, or Instagram’s follower count, so the report doesn’t show them, and you type the follower counts from the app.

License and refunds:

One named person may use the workbook for any number of clients and deliver finished, client-specific reports. The reusable workbook, guide, and example may not be shared or resold. Read the full single-user license and the privacy policy. Downloads are delivered instantly, so there are no refunds for a change of mind; a faulty or misdescribed file is made right or refunded within 14 days, as the terms say.
