How do I get what I buy?

Checkout runs on Polar. Pay once and your files are available immediately, with a receipt and a download link sent to your email. Applicable tax is shown at checkout.

Can I use the graphics for clients?

Yes. The Tide Graphics License covers one creator's personal, business, and client designs. The source files stay with you: they can't be shared, resold, or put in another asset pack or a public template.

Can I buy more than one thing at once?

Each product checks out on its own. Where a set exists, it's the way to get several collections in one purchase at a lower price than buying them apart: the Cut-Paper Complete Collection has both cut-paper collections, and the Soft Objects Complete Collection has all three palettes.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Downloads are delivered instantly, so there are no refunds for a change of mind. If a product is faulty, doesn't work, or isn't as described, email within 14 days and we’ll make it right or refund you. The terms have the details.
